Focus of the event:
The main objective of the event is to highlight the importance of maintaining a dialogue between Denmark and Brazil in sustainable agriculture. If an increase of 70% in demand for food is to be met by 2050, both countries, as major producers, will play a big part in meeting this challenge through use of advanced and environmentally friendly policies and corresponding Brazilian and Danish technologies. Counting on Brazilian experts that will be brought in especially for this occasion as well as their Danish counterparts from agribusiness, academia, environmental non-governmental organizations, trade, finance and industry, this conference is a unique opportunity to not only learn more about what is being achieved in sustainable agriculture, both in temperate and tropical climates, but also to meet and network with the people directly involved. The event will be an opportunity to promote cooperation among universities and research centers, as well as partnerships and new business among agritechs from both countries.
